1. Agreement Overview

By scheduling or using services from Sky Story Productions, the client agrees to the following real estate terms. These terms apply to all photography, videography, drone services, virtual tours, and related media.

2. Services Provided

Sky Story Productions offers professional real estate media services, including:

• Aerial drone photography and video
• Residential and commercial photography
• Cinematic video production
• 3D virtual tours and mapping services

All services are performed by an FAA-certified drone pilot when required.

3. Scheduling & Property Readiness

Clients must ensure the property is fully prepared before the scheduled shoot.

• The property should be clean, staged, and photo-ready
• Sky Story Productions is not responsible for moving objects or staging
• If the property is not ready, additional fees may apply

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% fee
• Same-day cancellations or inaccessible properties may incur a 50% fee
• Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at no charge

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due prior to delivery of media
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or revoked usage rights
• Pricing is subject to change without notice

6. Delivery of Media

• Media is typically delivered within 24–48 hours unless stated otherwise
• Files are delivered via digital download
• Sky Story Productions does not guarantee long-term file storage

Clients should download and back up all files promptly.

7. Usage & Licensing

All media created by Sky Story Productions remains the intellectual property of the company.

Clients receive a limited license to:

• Market and promote the specific property
• Use media on MLS, websites, and social media

The following are not allowed without written permission:

• Transfer of media to another agent or third party
• Use of media for a different property
• Commercial resale or redistribution

Additional licensing may be required for extended or commercial use.

8. Copyright & Ownership

Sky Story Productions retains full copyright ownership of all images and media.

• Copyright is not transferred under any circumstances
• Editing, altering, or reselling media without permission is prohibited

9. Drone & Aerial Operations

All drone operations comply with FAA regulations.

• Flights are subject to airspace restrictions and weather conditions
• Sky Story Productions reserves the right to cancel drone flights for safety
• No guarantee is made for specific aerial angles or shots

10. Liability

Sky Story Productions is not liable for:

• Property conditions or staging issues
• Missed listing deadlines due to client delays
• Indirect or consequential damages

Clients agree to indemnify Sky Story Productions against claims arising from media use.

11. Revisions & Edits

• Basic edits are included with all services
• Additional revisions may incur extra fees
• Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

12. Property Access & Permissions

The client confirms they have permission to:

• Grant access to the property
• Authorize photography and drone operations

The client is responsible for securing any necessary approvals.

13. Weather Policy

Weather conditions may affect scheduling, especially for drone services.

• Shoots may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions
• Overcast conditions do not qualify for rescheduling unless agreed

14. Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround times:

• Photography: 24 hours
• Video: 24–72 hours
• 3D Tours: 24–48 hours

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions
